德國Diebold DMS - The Flexible Tool Holder

新型Diebold組裝系統(tǒng)（DMS）由一個刀柄底座接口和各種長度和孔徑的插件所組成。
The new Diebold Modular System (DMS) consists of a base adapter and inserts of various lengths and bores diameters.

使用DMS組合式刀柄時，可以明顯減少生產(chǎn)中刀柄的使用量。模塊化連接可以改變直徑和有效長度。因此，可以在不需要單獨刀柄底座的情況下靈活地改變A尺寸。
很大程度節(jié)省了成本，并保證了很高的準確性和跳動。
When using DMS, the number of tool holders used in production can be significantly reduced. The modular connection makes it possible to vary the diameter and projection length. Therefore, a flexible change of the A-dimension is possible without the need of a separate base holder.
Investment will be low, highest accuracy and runout quality will not be reduced.

由于采用多部件設(shè)計，熱縮技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢，刀柄的精確跳動和高阻尼能力，這種模塊化系統(tǒng)，可實現(xiàn)高速銑削加工。與單件式的熱縮刀柄相比，DMS刀柄具有優(yōu)異的減震性能。
With this modular system, due to the multi-part design, the advantages of the shrink technology with precise runout of the tool shaft combined with high damping capability allow high performance milling operations at high speed. DMS tool holders have excellent vibration-damping compared to single piece shrink chucks.

模具行業(yè)將通過提高切削性能而受益。由于細長的外形，可以避免干涉。 深腔的加工更容易。也可以使用帶內(nèi)冷的刀具。DMS的模塊化提供了大的靈活性。
Mold and Die industry will benefit by improving their cutting performance. Due to the slim contour, colli-sions with the work piece are prevented. Machining of deep pockets and cavities is much easier. It is also possible to use cutting tools with internal cooling.
The modularity of the DMS gives maximum flexibility.

Yet a runout accuracy of less than 3 μm is achieved, an important factor in high-precision machining.
